Dog Boarding
Some kennels tack on a daycare charge to their boarding fee, but not HADI! We don’t charge extra for food, toys, feeding meals, homemade snacks, treats, giving medicine, or anything else your dog needs. Plus, someone is on the grounds 24/7 to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets.
Here is some information to prepare you for boarding your dog at HADI:
-
Agreement
Please download read through our Boarding & Daycare Agreement, print and fill it out, sign it, and bring it with you when you drop off your dog.
Please bring a copy of your dog’s vaccination records as well so that we can have them on file. Thank you!
-
Pricing / Fees
Boarding and daycare pricing is all-inclusive at HADI. We don’t charge extra for play time, feeding, giving medicine, or anything else they may need.
Your dogs gets unlimited supervised play time every day. Each dog in our care is matched with a small group of dogs with a similar personality and play style.
-
Pick Up/Drop Off
8:00 am – 9:00 am
(Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat)
4:00 pm – 5:30 pm
(Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat)Having set times for drop off and pick up helps us maintain a calm and safe environment, and minimizes the disturbances that create unneeded stress for the dogs in our care.
-
Vaccinations
To prevent the spread of disease while your pet is in our care, dogs must be current on Rabies and Distemper/Parvo Vaccinations.
We very strongly recommend your dog also be vaccinated against kennel cough with the Bordetella vaccine.
To ensure protection of all pets, vaccinations must be up to date ten (10) days prior to boarding.
-
Food & Medications
We supply the food during your dog’s stay, but you’re welcome to provide enough of your dog’s usual food from home if you prefer. Food that is brought from home HAS TO BE in a plastic container with your pet’s name and instructions for how much to feed each day.
Likewise, bring any medication along with instructions and we will administer it throughout your dog’s stay.
-
Toys & Blankets
We have plenty of toys for the play yards, however we encourage you to bring your dog’s favorite toys and blanket or one of your t-shirts to cuddle with at night in his kennel.
Familiar items and their scents can help ensure your dog’s comfort during their stay at HADI; they will not be shared with other dogs.
-
TIPS
If your dog has never been to HADI before, or if he/she is shy or anxious, we highly recommend a morning drop off so they have a chance to decompress and get acclimated — sniff out out their environment and get to know us — before bedtime in a new place.
